How to Become More Intelligent and Access Your Inner Genius Part Two:If you really want to improve your life, in the fastest way possible, the secret is to become more intelligent. What does this actually mean? Intelligence is perception. The more you can perceive the truth of anything, the more intelligent you are. You see this clearly in every activity. The doctor, who can perceive the medical problem of his patient accurately, is recognised as more intelligent. The solicitor, who can perceive the solution in the case for her client, is also more intelligent. And so on. If you want to become a more intelligent person there are three steps to take: One, realise that intelligence, perception and consciousness are one and the same thing. The more conscious you are, the more successful you will be. So increase your consciousness through meditation and self development work. Do everything you can to be more aware of everything you do. Two, understand that your mind is supported by a series of higher intelligences, which always exist within you. You need to call upon them, so they can come to consciousness. The quickest way to call on them is by taking new actions. This means that you need to start different actions in the area you want improvements. So, if you want a better experience with your family, don't wait for them to change their behaviours and reach out to you. You take new positive actions towards them. Think up something new you can do, which will uplift them, then do it. And keep doing more and more of these new actions until they respond. As you take these new actions, in a positive way, you draw from within yourself, a greater perception of what is needed to improve the situation. It is as if a light bulb comes on, and suddenly you see what the real problem has been all along. Try this in every area of your life, not just family, and you will be very surprised what you have available within you. The third step is to realise that your intelligence is an expression of your body. It is very hard to grow any part of yourself, unless you are keeping your body moving on a daily basis. You will find that the fitter you become, the less de-energised you are, and the better your life works. This is because you literally wake up from a sort of trance, which is created by lack of regular movement. Suddenly you feel better, your whole system becomes refreshed, and you can perceive your life in a far more intelligent way.
